Hello. To be eligible to apply for admission in IIST Trivandrum you must pass JEE Advanced 2019 with atleast 18% of total marks (360) i.e. 65/360 and atleast 5 marks out of 120 in each section for OBC-NCL. Though your percentile and rank may differ after the April session of JEE Mains but according to your current percentile your probable category rank is 24122 - 28122. With this rank you might be able to qualify for JEE Advanced.
Hope this helps. For more details like previous years cutoff etc of IIST Trivandrum check the below link.

Hi Badithala, it is obviously a question of your interest than the best one. A person who choose the path of his interest will somehow excel no matter how tough it goes across. And coming to the question, IIST is an awesome place for aerospace engineering, in terms of academics as well as placements and so is IIT chennai. I would say to prefer for IIST or IIT chennai, and only if you fail to qualify into these two you may go for NIT Trichy. If you are totally into aerospace and stuffs, IIST is better choice and can give you a spot to explore more better choices in life. ECE is a very common stream, and there would be so many engineers graduating in ece and the competition to succeed is also high. So i would say it is better to join aerospace in IIST
