as per my opinion If you have lost your ID book the first thing that you will need to do is go straight to your nearest police station. You will need to obtain an affidavit stating that you have lost your ID book.

I think that with this score you don't get IIST however I have also last year cut-off rank for IIST and according to it your rank must around 3000.

First of all IIST thiruvananthapuram takes admission with respect to jee advanced marks.Last year one had to score between 197 to 235 out of total of 366(183+183) marks for getting admission in this college with aeronautical engg branch.
