As you have not mentioned the course in which you are seeking admission in IIT Madras or IIT Bombay so it is little bit difficult to guide you an accurate information but if we go through your profile then it shows that you are an engineering aspirant so

IIT Bombay is one of the best colleges in India and getting admission in it is definitely difficult.

However, the general admission criteria for Btech remains the same as most colleges i.e. Passed Class 12 with at least 75% aggregate from recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory
