Hello aspirant , can you please mention your category (GEN/OBC/SC/ST) it varies according to the category. Assuming that you are from General category , and are interested in Computer Science engineering then you need to be in top 50 rank score around 900 should suffice.

See i don't clearly understand what you mean by you an year in Btech as you are presently pursuing your MTech CSE from IIT Bombay. Nevermind, i think you should have no problem in sitting in campus placement if you want to. There is no restriction whatsoever.

If someone is pursuing Mtech from much higher IITs like IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, there are chances MTech guys could get selected. Although these firms strongly believe in strong programming skills irrespective of discipline of branch, still they do prefer hiring from CS and IT branch.
I don't think that having backlogs will create a problem as far as Google and Microsoft are concerned, provided that you will complete your degree before joining. They are concerned more with the candidate's programming skills than their GPA or backlogs for that matter. Both the companies are
