Currently as per data available. Microsoft offered a IIT-B student 1.5 crore rupee per annim package. Remember that it is converted from dollar into rupee as it was an international placement. On an average in CS/IT department IIT-B had an average placement of 27 lakh/annum.

If you had been more specific about which college or in which city you wa want to take admission then I'd probably have been able to help you better. For PGDCA entrance tests are conducted by different colleges and universities. ISI Admission Test is the major entrance test
