If you had been more specific about which college or in which city you wa want to take admission then I'd probably have been able to help you better. For PGDCA entrance tests are conducted by different colleges and universities. ISI Admission Test is the major entrance test

Minor Degree is in all IITs. But it isn't a full B.Tech degree. However, if a student is passionate to study a branch, which he could not get, then he can take a minor in that course. That student is supposed to study his major and minor both
