What is eligiblity criteria for NRI students . Is SAT II Score considered for NRI students

Hi ,

According to recent DASA , SAT II scores are considered for NRI students to join IIT's.but you should most likely pay a higher amount of fees than a NON NRI's. NRI Students can also give JEE advance and if they clear they are elligible.

Dear Pijuskanti,

The difference between btech from IITs and from any other engineering colleges is that students get more exposure in the IIT to the real world scenario and best teachers are there to guide you.

You also should not forget about placements, because any day IIT’s placements are better

the cut-off's will be changing withe every year.total minimum marks that is expected from the general and obc students is 100&90.in 2018, for IIT-B

Is there any fee system. Is iit take fee after clearing jee exam

Yes you have to pay fee at IIT the tuition fee at it is 1 lakh rupees per semester and other pays including hostel rent and mess advance sums up to 20000 per month.

SC ST students are given full waiver in tuition fee apart from that students are divided
