Hello aspirant,
As per the ranking IIT Delhi is one of the top IIT's in India. So if you have chance to get EE course in IIT Delhi I recommend you to go for it. As per as BHU it is also a very good college and also older than many colleges in India.
For your convenience, I'm giving previous placement record for each of the college for their respective branch,
IIT Delhi - Over 90% of students from the electrical department were offered placements in various companies. The average salary package offered was around 8-10 LPA. Top recruiting companies include intel and Samsung among many others. Also consulting companies like Goldman Sachs and other big names like Amazon arrive for placement.

New Course Structure - an improved course structure due to efforts of Dr. Rajeev Sangal former director IIITH which lays emphasis on improving knowledge and preparing students to work in industry.
Great Alumni Network- IIT BHU is an institute that was established a 100 yrs back so it has a great alumni network so many companies visit the campus.
Good coding culture -The coding culture in IIT BHU is one of the finest in country .The academic workload is also less as compared to other IIT which provides ample time to improve our coding skills.

Hello aspirant.
My answer would depend on if you're getting the same branch in both his institutes? hands-down I go to IIT Delhi, If you cannot get electrical at iit delhi currently, and you're thinking of retaking the JEE exam just to get electrical at IIT delete, I would not, I would go with IIT BHU.
While. IIT BHU IS yo making great strides, But it still doesn't rank is good as IIT Delhi. The other thing to consider is where you live, How close you want to be your family? These are softer intangibles.Hope this answer helps!
Without a doubt, CSE IITR. The IITR coding tradition is the highest in all the major episodes, the highest number of selections in GSOC (Google code type) in the world since IITR (except 2017, peak in IIITH) from 6 years ago. The IITR team always leads almost all iits. There is a very high number of tech groups in the IITR among all IITS.Previous year the highest package offered was 1.5 Cr from Microsoft and 1.4 Cr from Uber (100% placement).
In Fact Computer Science is a really good field to explore, you will not regret choosing it.

COMPARE COLLEGES:
Thank you.
Greetings!
Both of the college IIT Delhi and NSUT are consider to be among best college for engineering. But IIT Delhi will be consider best in terms of placement and college life. It totally depends on your area of interest whether interested in CS or civil engineering. If you have not decided any branch till yet then you should prefer IIT Delhi and pursue civil engineering from there only . You will get good exposure from their. Also if you perform good at college then you will get a good placement from there . But if your area of interest is CS then I would suggest NSUT only. Its placement facility is also excellent .many MNCs like Microsoft, Amazon come here with good offers. If you are further going to prepare for any competitive exam then you should know before hand that in NSUT ,you will have to satisfy 75% attendance criteria.
All the best!
Dear Student ,

Hii Rajeev,
Hope you are doing good.
Well, 289 is a very secure and safe rank in JEE advanced.
Eligibility criteria for qualifying jee advanced:
Minimum 75% should have been secured in 12th standard (or equivalent) examination. For the SC/ST/PwD category, the aggregate marks is minimum 65% OR. The candidates should be within the top 20 category percentile of the qualifying examination.
Other than this, each every document should be clear and original. Even if you secure a good score in JEE advanced but there is some issue with the documents, it might lead to disqualification of your name.
So, I hope you got my point very well.
ASk if you have any further questions.
Best wishes ahead.
