Dear candidate warm wishes for such a good percentile in CAT. However as you know the IIT's bear the tag and hence their cut off criteria remains higher than the other. Now when it comes to your possibilities in IIT Delhi or IIT Madras, 89 percentile would somewhat fall short.

IIT Delhi do have sectional cutoff for mba program. sectional cutoff is 80 for general category and overall cutoff is 90.for obc category sectional cutoff is 72 and overall 80.they call shortlisted candidates on the basis of their marks in CAT and academic record.
