Hope you doing well, According to your rank you have a greater chances of getting IIIT SRI CITY with your preferred branch , as there closing rank for CSE was around 5000 something last year so you would have a chance of getting CSE in IIIT SRI City
I hope you are doing fine, Go for BTech. I think the dual-degree programs are fantastic, but why go for an early commitment. And if the MTech part of the dual degree is in a specialized area, that should be avoided.

See the cut-offs keep changing every year and this year also we saw a slight dip in the cut-offs but counselling is yet to be conducted so it would be bit difficult to provide you the exact chances of seat allotment in any particular college on the basis
