Naresh, I have 7 years of experience in the IT Industry with Big 4 in my CV as my Employers. So I will answer this question from that perspective. Now, you did mention that you have completed your Advanced Diploma course in HRM. But can you help us in understanding as to when did you complete this course? When you said you have no job experience, can you explain us a little about your work experience if any? Since from the time you have completed your Education? This will help us in understanding and helping you with relevant information.
Dear Naresh,
Your course does not matter to a certain extent when applying for a job in HR. But its good to do online courses related to Human Resource Management which you can find in coursera which can help you in your application and knowing the different aspects of the work in an HR Department.
ALL THE BEST

Hope this helps!!!
