getting a highly paid salary takes time. As a fresher it is impossible to get such a high salary until n unless you get placed in aboard. In India, it will go upto 40-45k as a fresher.

As experience increases, you change organization based on skill and so is your salary. it will take upto 2-3 years to reach upto 90k that too all depend on your work experience and skill growth.

Product based company has high salary package then service based company. Look out accordingly as per your interest. You will surely get one

see the medical test would be taken or not it depends on the organization. generally the government institute take medical test and they have their own medical team. however in private organization generally candidates need to submit a health certificate which need to issued from a certified medical practitioner which has details like blood group, eye sight information, person have any chronic disease or not, have any physical disabilities or not etc.

see it depends on the organization  or the company in which you may work for. generally private company as for a health certificate in which  you blood group, eye sight, any other physical issues, if you have any chronic diseases would mention. however in some of the psu or government organization has their own medical team where you have to go for medical fitness test before joining the organization. now this fitness test does not mandatory only for the hr professionals but also for others white collar professionals.

It is for thise who have an experience of less than 1 year.. but you have mentioned that you have done advanced diploma i .HR so the salary might be raise up to 700,000 it's all depends upon your skills and hardwork
