When you said you have no job experience, can you explain us a little about your work experience if any? Since from the time you have completed your Education? This will help us in understanding and helping you with relevant information.

Your course does not matter to a certain extent when applying for a job in HR. But its good to do online courses related to Human Resource Management which you can find in coursera which can help you in your application and knowing the different aspects of the work in an HR Department.

see the candidates who have degree on diploma in HR or MBA in hr may work as a human resource manager or human resource officer. however IItm , gwalior Is a renowned institute which has excellent placement record for MBA. now see the salary structure depends on the organization you may work for. its rules regulations, profits and revenue. also it depends on candidates experience, quality, interpersonal skills etc. however if you are a fresher you should give first priority to get experience. generally HR manager salary ranges from 25k-60k.
