Hi Team,
This is the platform to solve doubts related to career. Kimdly add question regarding that only from next time.
However this time I am clearing your doubt. As you already uploaded the question.
Encoding 100 characters using 8-bit ASCII results in an 800-bit message. The plaintext must be divisible by 64. If MI and IPadl are the length of the message and the length of the pading 32 mod 64. This means that 32 bits of pading (for example, 0's need to be added to the message.
Hope this will be helpful tk clear your dilemma.
It will be difficult to explain the gap between your studies and job trials. If you have not worked at all, then it is going to be real tough to convince that you are a Candidate who the Company can hire. From the time you complete your studies, the first 12 month period is a Fresher period and that is when the companies look out for Freshers. There are Candidates who get placed even after a year or so if they have done a certification course or have utilised the gap period doing any internship or a certification course. But if there is no work experience of whatsoever sort, it might be difficult to explain the reason behind the gap. And certifications do add value but if there is no relevant work experience where you put your certification knowledge to use, it might not serve purpose. So this is something that you have to think about. May be start ups will be willing to hire you but the salary might be less.
To be honest, Naresh, it depends on various factors. As a fresher, a HR would get a annual package less than 5 lakhs per annum depending on the Organisation he/she is working for. Things are different when you go through Campus placements. That is when you actually have chances of higher packages. Even if you already have the Advance Diploma at the time of joining the Oganisation, the truth is appraisal process works on the principle of the Bell Curve. And your salary hike depends on your annual performance, the Company's performance in the market. To get 60,000Rs per month is approximately 8-10 lakhs per annum CTC. Your hike depends on what you previous salary has been as well. If it has been around 50,000Rs per month, yes it can be increased to 60,000Rs per month. But if it has been 20,000-30,000Rs per month, it cannot be 60,000Rs per month. And when you shift companies, there is a threshold of hike the new company offers you.
