There is no aeronautical engineering in IIT Delhi though there is aerospace engineering degree course in IIT Bombay and the admission is through JEE advanced not through JEE main. For admission in IIT Bombay aerospace engineering your rank must be below 2000. There are other iits which provides aerospace engineering also.

Admission to IIT Delhi or any other IIT for the B.tech course is done on the basis of marks in JEE Advanced exam.
JEE Main is the qualifying exam for JEE Advanced. On the basis of JEE Main rank, candidates can get a seat in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

For appearing in the JEE (Main) examination there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed class 12th/ equivalent examination in 2018, 2019 or appearing in 2020 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE (Main) examination –2020.
