The first batch of engineering students will pass out from IIT Palakkad in 2019. Hence, no detailed information is there regarding IIT Palakkad placements.

This year companies like Microsoft, Google, L&T, Rites visited the campus. PSUs are visiting in IITs this year. It’s better to get placed from IITs. 100% of the students get the internship from college. The stipend  is about Rs 14,000 to Rs. 20,000. Around, 80% of the students were placed.

To be very fair your question is a tricky one. If you go with IIT Delhi textile engineering then it is not going to help you during MBA but still it will provide you a Tag of IIT for your placement. If you go with NSUT CSE it will help you in many ways during your MBA but now no tag.

Think a little more and then take any decision I suggest you to go with IIT Delhi .

It all depends on the field of your interest. Now IIT Roorkee is one of the top 7 IITs, and and Delhi is in top 3. So when it comes to placement or coaching you won't face any problems. But you should definitely choose the field which you like, and in which you want to establish your career. You should consider if you are interested in coding/electrical systems etc, and choose accordingly. Don't choose any just because it's in general demand. All the best

Look Placements actually depends.on lot of factors, you can't just say that if a particular institution has received high placements this year so it is better. Just like 12th batch of any coaching institutes it depends on batch of that placement year. From IIT dhanbad the first batch of iitians will pass in 2020 so we can't consider their previous placements but they have a good alumni network. IIT ropar is better in placements than iit patna in electrical not in cse. IIT patna  cse branch is better than IIT ropar. IIT patna has a good number of gsocs, as well as acm-icpc world finalists.
