Looking at your category rank, you have negligible chances to get the colleges you have listed above. Your chances are so low that you may even not get the lowest NITs or IIITs for your rank. So you may opt for private colleges.

You can't get an admisson if you haven't qualified the JEE Advance with a good score. As per the score you have said, it won't be even possible to get a NIT college or IIIT. Better to look for private college and take an admission through counselling for which
Mtech. Mechanical has a total intake of 160 in which each specialization has 40 seats. Sadly the placement scenario here is not so good but now the situation is changed a bit after conversion of ISM to IIT.Last year upto 20 students were placed but only a few were placed
