If you are applying in IISER by appearing in aptitude test conducted only for SCB channel candidates, there will be no interview. You just have to qualify in the test.
As far as I know, you will have to appear in all the four subjects in the aptitude test
Admission to IIT Delhi is Not based on JEE Main it will be based on JEE Advance But You need to qualify JEE Main to be eligible to appear for JEE Advances, JEE Main is Just qualifying exam and shall not contain any weightage to the final rank calculation of
Admission to IIT Delhi is offered on the basis of Your ranks in JEEAdvance and Not Mains, In mains, You just needs to qualify it to appear for jee advanced.
For CSE at IIT Delhi, You need a rank below 100(open)
For other categories, it is as follows

Best IIT college in Many ranking is IIT Bombay, Now cutoffs are different for Different courses and different categories, Since You does not mention any Branch and category, You can go to the opening-closing rank portal of JoSAA which will help you to determine the rank you need to get

IIT Delhi is considered one of the top amd finest IITs.
The score vary every year but you have to score aproximately 280+ in advance and 300+ for CSE branch. Ie. Less than 200 rank.
