IIT Delhi takes the admission through JEE Advance, It does not takes the admission through JEE Main. On the basis of JEE MAin score you can apply for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs & other private colleges.
The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors. With this JEE Main score the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs as a General category, You can try for the private colleges.

Yes, why not? if you clear jee mains then you will get chance to appear in jee advance there if you give you best then definitely you can get into iits.

The JEE mains will not decide for the seat in IIT Delhi ...if you got good marks in JEE mains exams you will get the NIT ..if you want the IIT Delhi first you should clear the JEE Mains then you should clear IIT also
