previous year , Closing rank for M.Sc. in IIT Delhi was AIR 92 in General Category, AIR 298 in case of OBC Category. So if you belong to OBC Category, then there are high possibilities that you can get admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry from IIT Delhi.

I think it will be slightly difficult for you to get ee with this marks in sc category also but apply for the same if you are lucky you might get into it but you might get into other colleges ...

According to the eligibility criteria of IIT, Delhi for M.Tech admissions, a candidate should have completed their qaulifying B.E/B.Tech degree with 8.5 CGPA for general category and 6.25-6.75 for reserved category.
