You will have to qualify in each subject(phy,chem & math) of JEE ADVANCE exam in order to be said qualified .Even if you score 200 score in advance exam and in one of subject you won't qualify then you won't get any IITs.

51 isn't enough to secure seats in IITs or NITs.You need at least 700 score to secure seats in IIT for mtech program and at least 550 seats NITS.With this marks your score will be around 550,this score isn't enough under general or OBC category.For sureity wait till IIT

There is a fix percentage which the board requires in order to get a seat in a IIT or NIT. 

The minimum percent for General/NC-OBC is 75% whereas for SC/ST/PWD it's 65%.
