As per your marks your probable score will be around 675-715. Though the cutoff varies every year depending upon the difficulty of the exam, total students appeared, etc. but with that score your chances are good to get an IIT or some PSUs. Some of them along with

IIsc is best for doing research Rather than IIT. 

There are some iits which will provide good facilities for research like IIT Hyderabad, etc. 

If you get admission in IISC it's good, oterwise prefer IIT colleges will hierarchy of research.
