No, if you are talking specifically for IIT, then you cannot get admission in IITs on the basis ofJEE Mains score only. For that, you will need to clear the JEE Advanced exam.

It is essential for the candidates to secure atleast 75% in the board exams in order to be eligible for the counseling for Jee mains. The same hold for Jee Advanced. If you do not secure the minimum score then you will not be eligible for admission into NITs

Your marks isn't enough to get PSU call letter.You may get IITs fo further studies but chance of getting old IITs is less.Your score will be range 625-660.You need at least 650 to secure seats in old IITs.For sureity wait till IIT madras declares gate score.

It will depend upon the specific IIIT in which you are going. So check the fee waiver criteria of that specific college and confirm it.
Because some college doesn't provide the fee concession.

Hello,
Your GATE score out of 1000 would be a better indicator of which college you might get.
According to previous year cutoffs for CSE of various IITs , you need a 700+ score in GATE 2020 to get into any IITs. For top NITs also you need above 650
