I would like to ask your branch before telling you the exact answer.

But, since you are in SC category then most probably you will clear the gate19 as the last years highest cut off was for evolution and ecology branch and it was about 32 marks for SC/ST. So,

IITs offer B.Tech in Biotechnology courses
And yes,
DU does have BSc. Biotechnology courses. Here are some DU colleges that provide this course-

Based on your result and category it is difficult to say that you may get seat in IIT. but you have chance to get NIT ,actually it is based on cutoff marks .but hope you may get  seat in NIT
