You cannot get IIT through jharkhand combined ie JCECE.IIT admission is only through jee mains followed by jee advanced, anyone who qualifies in both main and advanced is eligible to be sit in IIT. For BIT sindri jcece is enough.Admission in BIT sindri is through jcece.

according to minimum Qualiftying GATE score for M.E IIT Bombay 2018,2019.,
cutoff will be 600 for all three sub-branches of M.E.
so there is a chance to get IIT Bombay.
