In order to get admission in IITs offered by (IIT Kharagpur & IIT Roorkee), You need to appear for JEE Main paper I after qualifying it you need to apply for JEE Advance AAT for B.Arch programme.

To get admission in NITs for B.Arch programme, You need to appear JEE

There are about 11000 seats in all IIT. To get core branch try to have rank less than 5000in jee advanced . Then there is fair chance of getting that including in new IIT. You can also refer previous year cutoff for more acurate result.
