I am afraid to say that you won't have any chance to get any of IIT or IIIT considering the previous cutoff. But still, there are other colleges in which you can apply to. Major colleges accepting its score are-

1.IIT Bombay

2.IIT Guwahati

3.IITDM

4.Central Institute

For appearing in JEE advanced examination, a candidate must scored 75% in 12th board or qualified in JEE mains examination. However, the cut off percentage is 65% for SC and ST category. There is no consideration of percentage in ranking but you should obtain minimum aggregate percentage to get admission
