For admission in NIT, a candidate must appear for JEE Mains entrance exam. Unless you appear for the entrance exam you won't get be able to get admission in National Institute of Technology. The eligibility criteria for entrance exam is 12th with PCM as the subjects.

Well as you done MSc from science stream so definetly you are eligible for gate exam,To do Mtech from IIT you must have to crack gate exam,

Hello,yash first while you are applying they verify the pwd certificate for background check. Then while you go for admission in iits they may take interview for your physical and mental examination. Not applicable for all institutions and also not applicable for all disciplines. 

Jam is an entrance exam for the admission in the post graduation from the different IITs. This exam will be hold on 19 feb 2019. It is mandatory for all student who want to study here in the IITs.
