JEE is the only exam through which you can get admission in IITs as these are governmental institutions.For JEE,you must have scored at least 75% in the core subjects(physics,chemistry,maths).JEE exams are at two levels,first the mains level and second the advanced level.After clearing advanve level,you will be called for counselling

If you look at the undergraduate programs at IIT then no it will offer mechatronic engineering program at undergraduate level of it you can go for Masters program in the field related to it it as of now there is no undergraduate program specifically in this branch.

I gave my Jee Mains in 2017 although i did not get that good marks , to get into some NIT , I will like to share the problems I faced , mistakes I made.

At the undergraduate level, none of the IITs offer course in Mechatronics. If you are keen on pursuing mechatronics at the undergraduate level, you can opt for the course in private institutions such as Manipal or SRM University.
