Hi Aspirant,
Yes.
After completing your diploma,you become eligible to appear for the examinations of the degree course as well.In the college in which you get into,you'll start directly from the 2nd year.Hence,your b.tech shall only comprise of 3 years.

Well the answer to this question is totally based on opinions and different people will give you different opinions. I would go for IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras followed by IIT Bombay.

Admission .Will depend upon the rank .

For admission in IIT BOMBAY you have to secure rank under 1000 for core branch ( may vary depending upon different category and branch)

You can get admission in 2000 rank also.

But for branch you have to secure good rank.

Hello Dilip,
If you want to take admission in IITs then you have to qualify JEE main first. After that you have to appear in JEE advanced and your rank should be less than 6 or 7k.
