The Nuclear Engineering is a specialization after Graduation and Offered to Postgraduates only in IITs, Not all of the IITs have Nuclear Engineering Department, But there are Two IITs which are Known to have Nuclear Engineering department, This is IIT Bombay and IIT Kanpur.

In order to take admission in IITs you need to appear JEE Advance Entrance Exam after qualifying JEE Main Entrance Exam.

You can apply in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs on the basis of JEE Main Score. As per the eligibility to apply for IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTIs you should have minimum

Actually the process to get the bsc in IIT is that some of the IIT's are offering the bsc with 4 year course  and also integrated  with Msc 5 years but the thing is that you should clear the jee advance

Only qualifying JEE advance won't do.

You will have to score high marks and a good rank to stand chances of getting into any IIT.
