As you have mentioned that you got IIT Kharagpur in first allotment, then you have to report at IIT Kharagpur with your allotment letter provided at the counselling session.

*General- 90
*OBC- 81
*SC- 45
*ST- 45
*PwD- 45
The cut off of JEE Mains for admission into NITs is:
*General- 74
*OBC- 45
*SC- 29
*ST- 24
*PwD- -35
Since now u have cleared above 81,
U don't have to do that.

In IIT or NIT, they neither consider Physical Education nor Music. They calculate just Physics, Chemistry, and Maths marks.
