yeah you would be elligible for JEE exam the eligibility requires you to be in top 25 percentile score in your respective board and it varies in accordance with board topper marks.

First of all, are you sure that you have the minimum marks for qualifying JEE Advanced? Well... I don't think you may get in any old IIT for a core branch. You can try for a new IIT. And, the category reservation can be of help.

A minimum of 60% of aggregate marks is required in Physics, Chemistry and Maths. If you are past that then you are good.

I think you will be eligible for top 5 IIT but not for the top branches,you will only get the branch which are not so common.
