Yes you should be eligible. GATE is open to anyone provided they meet the eligibility criteria which is generally a B.Tech or B.Arch or a 4 year BS by research; integrated or dual degree students are also eligible.

for getting admission in IIT qualifying marks would be around 35 to 40.if you get 35 to 4o in Jee advance then you can get admission in good branch in any IIT.
