According to me, you should go for IIT BHUBANESHWAR since it is more premier tag as compared to that of a NIT.
Also, tag of IIT still matters.

if you want to get admission in IIT dhanbad then you have to score around 150 marks in JEE.if you get this marks then you can get admission in any branch in IIT dhanbad.your ncl rank must be 9,000 to 10,000 for it.you can also check exact cut-off
Firstly,i would tell you about the JEE advanced because it creates the main difference.For general category,around 50 % marks will get you some decent branch .
If you want to take CSE in old IIT’s you should score around 70 % marks.For electrical,ECE and other top branches,60% will

Select the branch in which you want to pursue your career. All the three colleges are equally good. Still IT at MNNIT Allahabad would be best option for you.
It depends..However you will get nothing only if you just get the qualifying marks.. You have to secure a good rank so that you can get a NIT or even IIT ... For jee main your target should be above 140 for mains . For advance above 100
