You board is recognized by both the NITs and IIITs, and so you are eligible for admission. However, in case of the IITs, you need to get a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) certifying that the qualifying exam is equivalent to the class 12 exam.
In order to crack your exam make sure you are determined and self motivated.
IIT JEE is one of the top competitive level exam if you want to get into IITs you need to work really hard.
