Generally private college wont admit on jee adv score , but you can show it in your docs for scholarships etc.

Yes there is a benefit of iit foundation because along side preparing for iit they prepare you for ntse,jstse,kvpy,olympiads which are also very prestigious exams and u will have an extra edge over others as some colleges like iiit Delhi considers score in kvpy,ntse as a bonus

You have 2 years to do a decent preparation believe in yourself anything is possible just follow a good study plan and do quality books like hc verma for physics,tmh complete maths,ncert+ op tandon for chemistry
All the best and 10 marks don't matter for your admission in prestigious IITs
