The institutes which would accept Jee advanced score are IISC,IITs,IISER,IIPE(Indian institute of Petroleum Engineering).

Can we take admission in institutes other than iits based on jee advance rank of around 15000?

15000 is not a very good rank in JEE advanced, so at this rank you would not be able to take admission in any colleges other than IIT through JEE advanced if you belongs to general or OBC category
