IIT Bombay is top 11 college in India due to 2020. Amd you know one thing IIT college is always top level college. So now come to your physics group. In IIT Bombay BSC stream is available but only for three courses, they are mathematics, chemistry and economics. No physics stream is available in IIT Bombay. And BSC courses duration 4years. But here available in CSE course ofcourse. And the placement very good the highest package was 35lpa and average package wsa 6lpa. And IIT Bombay infrastructure is also good, free WiFi, bank, big library available.
NIT Warangal is one of the oldest NIT college. It was rank 12 between all NIT colleges in 2020. Now come to the computer science engineering course. It will be very good stream and placement also good here. Highest salary was 37lpa and infrastructure also good. Free WiFi excess available in full campus.
So both colleges are good now you have to choose which college you want to go for study and set your career.

Hello,You can score top air even if you start afresh today. For that know your syllabus, devise a schedule and stick to it. You have to have a thorough understanding of your 11 and 12th topics and should solve problems too. Practice is the key. Whenever you feel not motivated try reading Quora stories or motivational videos. Set small targets like daily and weekly so that you wont feel burdened. Reward yourself whenever you achieve them and restrict yourself from any recreational activities for a week if you did not reach the target.Do not think that you have plenty of time as it will lead to procrastinating. There are several instances of people who started afresh and aced the exams so don't loose hope. Well the grades seem decent enough to apply. Also the sat score is good too. Whatever extra curricular activities that you have should be submitted. Get a good recommendations from your academic counselor. Frame a beautiful and honest motivation letter and submit the best that you can as a whole application. I think this will do.
As we go through the latest cut-off of 2020 then it shows that the closing rank for ST category was 184 for Mechanical branch in IIT Delhi. See it is quite difficult to tell you about exact marks to score because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed but yes with regards to JEE-Advance 2021 if you secure your ST category rank in JEE-Advance under top 180 then there are good chances for you to get Mechanical branch in IIT Delhi.

To get in to iits one needs to write jee mains and jee advanced .
Jee mains is a qualifying exam for jee advanced .
Jee mains give percntiles for students where as jeeadvanced give ranks as per the marks secured.
What ever percentile you got in jee mains is not required for jee advanced to get in to iit.
One meeds to get top ranks in jee advanced for iits.

Yes they are hired freshers also. But its totally depend on them. You can get some interview then they give you offer later. But how to apply it will you know to go to the institution and ask them how to apply.
No you have to complete your all years of BSC to be eligible to JOIN IITS.
you can take admission to the top institutes in India like IITS by appearing for JAM which is all India level test for admission in MSc.
