I got an IIT now I have to upload my SC category certificate which I have but this is from RAJASTHAN gov. I want to know that is it ok or I must have SC category certificate issued by central government which I not have yet?

Greetings,

Reserved category certificates are issued by state and district authorities only. You do not have to get a national certificate for that. Just apply with your Rajasthan one.

1 The difficulty level of the jee exam ,because if the exam were tough than cutoff may be lower than the previous years and vice versa.

According to the Preparatory rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year

For jee main you need at least 60% in class 12th . Whether you repeat or not it really does not matter.

To be eligible for IIT your 12th percentage should be above 75% (general category) or 65% (reserved) or top 20 percentile in your 10+2 qualifying exam.
