Indian Institute of Technology
Hello There ,
You can go for josaa counselling , you might get some new iit in the later round in some low branches although there are less chances for that.
JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -
1)IISC Bangalore
2)IISER
3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram
4)RGIPT
5)IIPE
From these , you have chances to get iist , iiser , rgipt and iipe , so you can try for them .
Apart from that you also have your jee mains score , try if you can get Nit or IIIT or GFTI according to your mains rank .

Hello Aspirant,
According to the rank mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
You can check out previous year's JEE-Advanced cut-off for IITs kindly refer to the link given below :-
But if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hello,
So, no you don't need to fill NIT college in registration. As you yourself mentioned that you are only eligible for prep course and that is only available for IITs and not NITs . You only need to select the IIT which if you qualify their test after prep course would take admission in. So, choose that wisely.
Good luck.
The fee structure you can refer from

All the best!
According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have good chances of getting the enlisted colleges but with some lower branches like Bio-engineering, Material Science and likewise :-
And some more. Note that the above list is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have no chances of getting into any of the IITs. See there are very few seats under SC category which remains vacant for Preparatory courses so on such Preparatory rank it is not possible to get any of the IIT as per previous year's cut-off.
Hi,
According to Jossa the preparatory rank list include candidates who have secured at least 2.5% marks in each of the three subjects AND at least 8.75% aggregate marks in JEE (Advanced) 2020 AND are NOT in any of the other rank lists prepared based on JEE (Advanced) 2020.
The preparatory rank list is prepared for admission to preparatory courses offered by IITs.
Hope it helps.
Let me make you clear that from JEE-Advance score you can get IITs not NITs/IIITs. For admission to NITs/IIITs you must have secured a sufficient score in JEE-Main.
