CSE in nit Warangal or ECE in nit trichy or electrical in bhu iit or CSE in iit jodhpur or iit Tirupati

sowji.guntupu 13th Nov, 2020

Hello student,

Above mentioned colleges are all top reputed IITs and NITs in India. To choose from the above colleges, it would be IIT BHU, Varanasi. But for the course you have to select the path you wanna lead your career in. All the three courses have there own career paths. It would be great with ECE branch for a good career option.

Sir, currently I am neither an Iit Ian nor Nitian, l have taken admission in computer science, Viteee Bhopal. But I want a better placement as an IITian. Is it possible? If yes, can you give me the names of the exam to be prepared for so that I could be placed in a better company.

rehan18alam Student Expert 4th Oct, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

To get placements like IITians and other top engineering students, you need not to prepare for some exam, but prepare for skills required in the top MNCs like Google.

You have to prepare for the competitive programming on platforms like leetcode, and prepare for competitions like Google Summer of Code, etc.

Moreover, you have to learn fundamentals of DS, ALGORITHMS and System designs,

You also have to make projects in some technologies that are relevant for the role you are applying for,

Hope this helps. Thank you.

if I got 90.4 percentile is there any chance to getting nit Or iit having ews

G.Roshini 4th Oct, 2020

Hello,

Getting a seat depends upon the number of people applied in your category. There are chances that you might get a seat in a lower nit according to your branch

To predict your colleges you can use the following predictor

can i get any iit with 110 marks in jee advance 2020 on basis of ews caregory?

Ayush 4th Oct, 2020

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well.

As per your question, according to your jee advance marks your rank would be probably around 12k as per your marks and ews category. So at this rank your chances to get any IITS is low but you can get NITs and IIITs like:-

1) NIT bhopal where you can get ECE

2) NIT raipur where you can get CSE

3) NIT nagpur where you can get ECE

4) NIT surathkal where you can get chemical

5) IIITM where you can get CSE

These are the nits and iiits which you may get as per last year cut off and trends.

If you want to predict your rank as per your marks then you may use this tool:-

I am getting 86 marks in JEE advanced 2020 (based on answer keys). What will be chance of getting admission in IIT? My category is OBC-NCL female

ARYAN SAGAR 4th Oct, 2020
Dear student,

As you belong from obc category, and have secured 86 marks, then sorry you have not cleared the aggregate cutoff of JEE advanced for obc category and hence, you are not qualified in jee advanced 2020.

As per the cutoff released by iit Delhi for Obc category one must have to score at least 9% of 132 marks in each subject and an aggregate of 31.5% of 396 marks . Then you will be said qualified in JEE advanced.
Because, In jee advanced, you have to clear the minimum individual subject cut off and aggregate cutoff. And for each category the cutoff varies.

Now as you have scored only 86 marks out of 396 marks in total then your rank will not come as you are disqualified. So you will not get any iit.

Check out this year cutoff for JEE advanced for different categories :-

As you have given Jee mains then better check out our JEE mains college predictor tool to get an appropriate idea of the college is that you can get on the basis of your JEE mains rank :-

B tech in aerospace engineering IIT Bombay Vs IIT Kanpur for joining ISRO with package and Reputation.

Disha 13th Nov, 2020
Helloo aspirant..

One major factor responsible for a lower cut off at IITB is its location. The metropolitan city attracts lots of student. Kanpur ,as a city is a mess. This might be a factor for lower cutoff at IITK....
As both the colleges are good for aerospace engineering ..and have a good reputation...

Hope this will help youu.
Better luck!!

Does IIT DELHI offers aerospace engineering I have dream of joining ISRO so,which IIT is best with best package and placements .

Abhishek Roy 14th Nov, 2020

ISRO recruits Mechanical , CSE and Electronics Students from Top IITs like Bombay and Kharagpur during the Campus Recruitment and rarely does open for Aerospace, Civil or Materials Engineering. Incase you are in a Top IIT and are interested in joining ISRO with Aerospace Major you need to separately apply through Vacancy Portals. More or less there are Vacancy Tenders round the year, though the preferred candidature is for Post Graduates.

If you are seriously interested in joining ISRO, you should apply for IIST Trivandrum. The Institute is directly under Department of Space, Government of India and is mentored by ISRO. More than half of its batch each year from Aerospace, Physics, Avionics and Electronics are directly inducted into ISRO, based on their performance.
