kya m.bsc m admission lene k bad jee advance pass krke iit m admission le skta hu

NILUTPOL Student Expert 15th Oct, 2020
Hello,
You only get two consecutive attempts at JEE Advanced. First attempt is just after you pass in your class 12 and the second attempt is a year after you pass class 12.
For JEE Mains, you get three consecutive attempts in three years. In a year, you get two attempts at JEE Mains, one in January and in April.

So , If you have just passed your class 12, so you can take admission into Bsc course and prepare for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced as well.
But it would be really a hard process. You need to focus both on your Bsc studies as well as JEE preparation. You can also take a year drop and prepare for JEE Advanced.
So think wisely.

Hope it helps

which is good b.s chemistry from iit or eee in nit calicut, please say me

gourik13012001 15th Oct, 2020

Hello aspirant,

Since you haven't mentioned the specific IIT, it is difficult to reach a conclusion. If it is IIT Kharagpur or any top grade IITs, the Bsc course there is one of the best options and if you are interested in research based learning. NIT Calicut is much better than many second grade IIITs. So, if you have to choose between second grade IITs and NIT Calicut, NIT is the best.

Also, your interest and skills matters a lot. EEE is a professional course and it secures you a job as soon as the studies are completed. But, Bsc Chemistry is more of a research oriented program. If you are interested in pure science and research, choose Bsc. If you are profession oriented, choose EEE.

Hope this was helpful

iit delhi electrical engineering power and automation vs NSUT cse in terms of average package, benefit in future and placement after 4 years.

Harsha Sinha 15th Oct, 2020

Hi there,

Firstly IIT delhi electrical engineering power and automation is better than cse at nsut for the following reasons

  • Though both are very good college but to get higher packages you need to work harder at nsut as compared to iit delhi.
  • Secondly iit campus has some better companies as compared to nsut
  • The faculty and other facilities are more at iit delhi.

Apart from these if you want to become a software developer then go for nsut, overall nsut is also a good college.

I hope this helps

iit delhi electrical engineering power and automation is difficult or not? is it have scope in future or not?

Saunkita Mallick 15th Oct, 2020

Hello, hope you are doing well! I would like to answer your question's every layer step by step.

Difficulty of Electrical Engineering branch- Every course has its own difficulty level but it all eases when you choose the subject/stream of your own interest. So, this also depends on your own interest, if you have interest in Electrical Engineering power and automation then you can definitely do it with ease, if you don't have interest it would seem difficult to you.

There are certain benefits of BTech in Electrical Engineering stream -

  • Today there are many industries that are running solely due to the involvement of qualified and experienced electrical engineers.
  • There are industries manufacturing heavy electrical items like motors, transformers, pumps, cables, and even steel which are always very much in need of qualified electrical engineers.
  • The scope for these engineers is also wide open in the industries manufacturing locomotive and auto electrical equipment.
  • There is another very innovative option that today more and more electrical engineers are engaging themselves into. It is a simple idea of becoming self-employed.
  • Many electrical engineers today are opting to have their own electrical workshops and shops rather than going for tedious and monotonous routine factory jobs.
  • Having a shop can act as a double source of income for these smart electrical engineers. Along with the selling of the electrical fittings and appliances, they can milk a fat income through some prompt after sales service.
  • Many industries like to outsource their jobs works. Electrical engineers with their own workshops can take orders from these companies and earn handsome packages.

B.Tech. Electrical Engineering Employment Areas-

Colleges & Universities, Plant Engineering Departments, Electrical Equipment and Systems Manufacturing Companies, Power Generation and Transmission Centres, Telecommunication Companies, Railways, IT Industry, Health Care, Equipment Manufacturing Industry, Petroleum, Steel and Chemical Industry.

Jobs after Btech Electrical engineering - Electrical Engineer, Staff Electrical Engineer, Electrical Sales Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer, Lecturer/Professor, Engineering Associate.

Regarding placements of IIT Delhi -  Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi is one of the most premier engineering institutes in the country. Every year, the institute conducts a placement drive for its students. The placement in 2019 & 2018 have shown significant growth from previous years-

  • IIT Delhi broke its 10 years’ placement record by fetching over 1,000 placement offers (including PPOs)
  • The institute witnessed a 15% increase in the number of companies participating for campus recruitments
  • Core departments including electrical, chemical, civil and mechanical bagged over 34% of the total offers
  • IT graduates secured 22% of the total offers rolled out by the recruiters
  • Some of the top recruiters included Wipro, Capgemini, Google, IBM, Deloitte, and KPMG

should I take ism dhanbad metallurgy or iit patna civil or chemical please tell

Yash Kamal Chaturvedi 15th Oct, 2020

Hey friend!

Hoping that you are doing fine in global pandemic . I think you should opt for IIT Patna Civil or Chemical with comparison to ISM Dhanbad metallurgy . As IIT Patna is better alternative than ISM Dhanbad due to it's better NIRF Ranking , Placements , Labs etc. Also opportunities in Civil or Chemical are greater than Metallurgy .
