IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur are the only IITs that offer B.Arch courses.
There is a separate exam for getting admission here. you need to give the JEE Advanced AAT or IITJEE-AAT .
Candidates who wish to give this exams must qualify the JEE Advanced first then only for a day the IITJEE-AAT registrations are kept open . Register and give the exams and then on the basis of All India Rank you will be called for admission.

Hello Aspirant,
According to the rank mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into IIT Kharagpur even with PwD reservation quota and as you have not provided your category name so it's little bit difficult to guide you with an accurate information..
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on. However you can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

But if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

Hello student,
You have not mentioned which category you belong to. Regardless of your category, you have very less chances of procuring a seat in the iits as the closing ranks were between 7,000 - 8,000 in general category. For other categories, it is still less. However, you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the below mentioned link:
JEE Advanced College Predictor
Dear aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. As per your query IIT BHU is a very renowned college amongst all the IITs. Branches like CSE, IT and ECE has high placements there with great packages. But ceramic engineering or pharmaceutical engineering does not have that much scope in this college as core company visits are less. It is neither good nor bad. You can consider other branches if you want to take admission in IIT BHU. Please click on the link below for more information and updates. Hope you find this helpful. Thank you.

Dear Candidate,
Yes, you can drop out of the college if you think you can score better the next year. If you are confident about your preparation & can score better than this year without much pressure, you can drop out & try again next year. But that comes with quite a pressure, if you can sustain that & prepare well, go for it. Discuss this with your seniors & get advice from many people as this is about A YEAR. With proper guidance, choose your decision & give it a go.
Thank you. Hope this helps.
Dear Aspirant,
I will recommend you to go for NIT Raipur since you are getting Computer Science Engineering branch. This branch is the most desired and the most demanded branch for this decade. Be it future-ready studies or best placements, this course is the best. CSE has gained more value over the years and it's demand is going to grow every year. Since there is a lot of opportunity for jobs there is a lot of competition too. The end decision is yours so choose your college wisely.
