Indian Institute of Technology
Hello,
So it depends how you compare both the colleges. IIT Bombay campus is better than IIT Kanpur but then again in terms of Faculty IIT Kanpur is better. Also IIT Bombay has introduced Economics most recently under Humanities department from 2017. But IIT Kanpur has been offering Economics since 2006. And IIT Kanpur has way better opportunities for further studies abroad. Now it depends on you . I think IIT Kanpur is better.
Good luck.
Hello ,
Honestly it depends on you and on what basis are you comparing. Both the colleges are great. There are several factors like if you want to have that IIT tag obviously go for it . IITs are a bit better in facilities as they get more funds from the government than NITs. Nit is a bit far from the main city but if you like such environment then it is a great campus. Now, most importantly the branch you are interested in and what are you offered is what matters if you get IIT then go for it .
Hello student
First of all it is said that mining engineering profession is not fit for women or girls because the job depends upon strainous activities and physical abilities which in many cases is not fit for women or girls.
IIT Varanasi is pertain best quality of education to its students for all branches of Engineering is ivery much hope full to the student after their graduation is complete. The campusing in this IIT is very much hopeful and brilliant.
The expert says that it is better for a girl student to do Masters and PhD in mining engineering and to get a teaching job or research in CSIR_CIMFR.
Hi,
While looking at the two colleges, IIT Bhubaneshwar is the older and more well established campus than IIT Palakkad. It has better facilities and placement records. IIT Palakkad is relatively new and is currently establishing its prime.
Also, no matter which campus you study in, if you are not interested in the subject or course, the four years of B Tech life won't worth it. So, idealise your choice by analysing your interest in civil engineering and electronics and communication. Choose which is best for you.
Hope this was helpful
Hello dineshburuboyina2575 , BITS Pilani if you do not have the money issue. BITS, Pilani is even better than some IITs and top NITs. BITS, Pilani provides you everything whether it is about placement, infrastructure, environment, etc
Hope it will be helpful for you :)
Hello
Yes it is possible after 1st year .student who have exceptionally good grades are allowed to change branch .
There is two criteria for branch changing after 1st year
1.1st year CGPA including both sem .
2. On your Jee advanced rank.
Since many student dropped iit after 1 year so in iits some vacant seats are their. So it allow students to change their branch.
Feel free to ask
Good Luck..
Nit trichy is placed higher than iit indore .since nit trichy is older than iit indore and have a goid reputation among companies.
Since iit indore is new iit so companies visiting is less and nit trichy has good ranking and placed higher , better than many iits .
Placement percentage of nit trichy is around 97% while in iit indore it is around 83%.
Iit indore is good but not in compare to nit trichy.
GoodLuck
