To make it simple, admission in IIITs will be through JEE Mains and admission in IITs will be through JEE Advanced. Coming to the cutoffs IITs have less cutoff when compared with the IIITs. Better go with IITs if you have good score.

As per last year cutoff you may get following IITs.

2. IIT Madras - Biological Sciences ( Dual Degree )
3. IIT Gandhinagar - Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering

To get through IITs the minimum marks which should be obtained in academics is 75% and above and the minimum marks in IIT is 126 for general category and it's 112 for OBC to qualify through IIT.
