I would like to mention that almost all the IITs provide scholarships to its students which include various merit based scholarship ,many entrance based ,many based on the financial status

see the medical test would be taken or not it depends on the organization. generally the government institute take medical test and they have their own medical team. however in private organization generally candidates need to submit a health certificate which need to issued from a certified medical practitioner
