First of all JEE advanced examination has not been cancelled it has been just postponed due to lockdown caused by covid-19 break but it doesn't mean that it will not be conducted it will be conducted after jee mains examination once the lock down is over.

You will have to clear your JEEMains / JEE Advanced.

In my opinion best for you will be to take Lateral entry in BTech after your diploma because this will save one valuable year too as you would go to the second year of BTech directly.

Hey,

According to IIT-JAM eligibility criteria, General/OBC students are required to score at least 5.5/10 or 55% aggregate in their graduation.

If your marks are less than 60% but more than 55% you can definitely fill in for the IIT JAM, but some colleges have a criteria of minimum 60%
