To qualify JEE Mains and be eligible for Advance you need to secure a rank within 250,000. Around 12 lakhs students appear for JEE Mains

There is no pattern in any IIT for setting the paper of JEE advanced. Professor there are given some topics and some some subject to come up with their questions within the syllabus of IIT JEE after that the committee select the question and craft the paper.

IIT does not offer 10+1 or 11th and 10+2 or 12th class courses. They provide graduate ,postgraduate and P.hd courses.
At IITs you can join undergraduate courses after 12th through JEE exam.
You can join post graduate programs after qualifying exams like GATE etc.
