I got GATE rank in 443 in gate2020 in Electrical Engineering. I got 7958 RANK inOBC category . I have completed M.Tech. I need Ph.D seat with Financial Assistance. In wich NIT or IIT or any other Govt . University, I will get Ph.D admission?

Every college have it's own process for selection for PhD. IITs and NITs have their own .IITs release notice and application form for admission.
So,keep checking for updates regarding it
When we talk bout options, bombay, madras, delhi and kharagpur is best but any campus can be choose as per your suitability and comfortableness .
